CHALLENGE
With a host of competition in Coastal Orthopedics’ southeastern Massachusetts and East Bay Rhode Island service area, the medical office needed to gain visibility among healthcare consumers. Unlike with primary care physicians, most consumers have need for an orthopedic specialist perhaps once or twice in their lives. We needed to make an impression.
SOLUTION
For over a decade, we provided multi-faceted services that included upping their digital marketing presence and increasing referrals through the use of promotional products directed to referring physicians. As one creative example, our billboard and advertising campaign featured a skeleton riding a bicycle that grabbed attention in a competitive marketplace and helped generate inquiries and referrals.
