Thomas Chew Boys & Girls Club
We supported the success of the Thomas Chew Boys & Girls Club 100th anniversary dinner by coordinating all aspects of the fundraising event including advertising, public relations, press conferences and securing guest speaker former middleweight champion Marvin Hagler. Attracting 700 people, the dinner raised a significant amount of money for club operations and increased awareness of the club’s value to the community.

Somerset Federal Credit Union, ReachOut!
The Somerset Federal Credit Union’s employee-run ReachOut! program supports education, community service and non-profit groups. We have provided strategic public relations and advertising support for the program since it was established in 1999 to generate public awareness/goodwill, encourage donations and recognize credit union employees. Strategy and implementation include communications plan development, writing and distributing press releases, collateral material development, and story development and design for the credit union’s member newsletter and company website.

Vernon Advent Christian Home

Vernon Advent Christian Home is a comprehensive senior living facility located in Vermont that offers independent living, assisted living, nursing care, rehabilitation and Alzheimer’s care. Vernon Home is also a non-profit mission of the Advent Christian Church that relies heavily on donations. The Tetreault Agency provides full-spectrum public relations and advertising services to communicate to varied constituencies including physician referrers, children of aged parents, independent seniors and the core audience comprised of church members. This last group is key to the home’s fundraising efforts. We recommend, plan and implement an ongoing public relations program that includes press releases, newsletters and direct communications to potential donors.

Massachusetts Tobacco Control Programs of Greater Fall River and Greater New Bedford

The cities of Fall River and New Bedford have the highest smoking rates in Massachusetts. We worked with the Massachusetts Tobacco Control Programs to educate the public in these urban areas about the dangers of smoking. Our strategy of utilizing banners on public buses was adopted as an effective way to reach city populations and deliver our pointed theme: Don’t Breathe. That’s the only way secondhand smoke won’t harm you." The agency wrote and distributed press releases, coordinated the campaign announcement event and generated news coverage of the program.

Brockton Housing Authority
Employee retreats at the BHA combine fun, education and team building. We have provided the theme and creative development plus event and entertainment planning for five of these annual retreats. Each has provided a positive experience for employees and enhanced overall workplace vitality and team spirit. With the mandate to deliver a fun-only 2004 event, for example, we created a fiesta theme, and handled all aspects of planning entertainment, events, food and drink, and give-away items/prizes. Our three-phase message to employees built excitement around an "out-of-office experience" where leaving work behind and socializing were the rules for the day. By handling all the creative and all the event details, we provided the BHA with a complete package that worked seamlessly and met objectives.
